You can add an external or JoonWeb site link to any particular button by following these steps:

In the JoonWeb editor, hover on to the desired section
Click on the Edit option
In the Section Data window, scroll down to the desired button
Click on the Link icon
Put a link in the Web Address window
Select Target Window
Click on the Done button.
