You can change/edit the title/heading of your welcome screen by following these steps:

In the JoonWeb site builder, hover on the welcome section of your homepage
Click on the Edit button
A Section Data window will open now
In the Slider Heading or in the title field, make your necessary changes
Click on the Update button to save the changes.
