Sending Automated E-Mails/Responses To Contacts
User can set up an automation that sends an email right after someone submits a contact form on the user's site by following these steps:
- Go to the site's Dashboard
- Click on the Automations Option on the left sidebar
- Click on + Create Automation button to create automations.
- Set Name, Trigger & select Form Submit option
- Select Send an Email option
- Click on the Edit button on the Sender Details option
- In the From field, enter your company/business name.
- In the Reply To field, enter your company/business mail.
- Click on the Save button.
