    JoonWeb packages do not have resource limits for normal usage. Our Acceptable Use Policy can be found.
  • Do i need another web host?

    No, All JoonWeb plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
  • Can I download or Shift a website created at JoonWeb?

    No, JoonWeb is a fully-managed web builder. We do not have plans to make a downloadable version. JoonWeb does provide many standard methods for exporting your data. Remember, you can not shift JoonWeb created website to another server.
  • Can i buy multiple domains?

    Yes, you can purchase multiple domains and connect them to your JoonWeb account right from your website manager. Go to the Settings, then click on ‘Domains’ within any paid JoonWeb account. Or, if you would like to start by buying a domain before you set up a website with us, you can do so.
  • How do i accept payments with joonweb commerce?

    JoonWeb integrates with 'RazorPay' and accepts through credit/debit and other applicable modes of payments. You can accept more payment methods in checkout at JoonWeb. Reach out through 'Support' for any query related to payments.
